Replacement Cabinet Heat Exchanger Fan FP-108EX-S1-B AC 220V-240V for Hardinge, Hurco, Doosan, XYZ CNC Machines
Replacement FP-108EX-S1-B cabinet heat exchanger cooling fan for CNC machine electrical cabinets. 220-240V AC, 0.22A, 38W, dual ball bearing, oval 172 x 150 x 51mm frame, 135mm fixing centres. Fits the heat exchanger units on Hardinge, Hurco, Doosan and XYZ machines.
Replacement cabinet heat exchanger fan for CNC machine electrical cabinets. Direct replacement for the FP-108EX-S1-B axial fan used in the heat exchanger units mounted on the electrical cabinet doors of CNC machine tools - found on Hardinge, Hurco, Doosan and XYZ machines, and on many other Taiwanese-built machining centres and lathes.
The fan is a 220V-240V AC unit with a dual ball bearing impeller, giving a service life well beyond the sleeve-bearing versions, and it is the correct replacement for the fan fitted to the Habor and similar cabinet heat exchangers found on these machines.

Before you order - three things to check
1. Voltage. This is the 220V-240V AC version, which is what UK and European machines run. The same FP-108EX pattern is also made in 110/120V - check the rating label on the fan you are removing before ordering. The two are not interchangeable.
2. Frame size. The original Commonwealth FP-108EX is drawn as a 172 x 150 x 51mm oval frame. Some aftermarket listings quote the same fan as 170 x 150 x 51mm, so measure the frame and the 135mm hole centres on the unit you are replacing if you are unsure.
3. The model code is not on the label. The fan supplied carries an electrical rating label only - the FP-108EX-S1-B code is not printed on it. The photograph below is of the unit supplied.
Brand and labelling
This is an aftermarket replacement built to the FP-108EX-S1-B pattern. The brand marking and labelling on the fan you receive may vary between batches, and the image shown is representative of the item supplied rather than a photograph of an original branded part. The electrical specification and frame size are as listed above.
Common symptom of a failed cabinet heat exchanger fan
Drives, PLC and control components running hotter than usual, a control fault that appears once the machine is warm, or the cabinet itself running hot to the touch. A blocked or failed fan lets dust draw in through the cabinet filter, so check the cabinet air filter at the same time.
