Dispatch Times
Most in-stock items are dispatched same day when ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page.
Supplier-Direct Shipping
Some items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to reduce delivery times. When this happens your order is fully tracked and you will never be charged any additional fees — no customs charges, no handling fees, no surprises.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Typical delivery times are 5-10 working days for Europe and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
