Grade G3 synthetic air filter media 15mm x 1000mm x 1000mm, part AC100-15, for CNC machine electrical cabinet fan filters. Cut to size, so it fits almost any CNC machine with a 1000mm x 1000mm cabinet filter frame.
Synthetic air filter media (Grade G3) — 15mm thick, 1000mm x 1000mm sheet, part number AC100-15. Non-washable replacement filter medium for the cooling fan filter frames in CNC machine electrical cabinets.
Manufactured from synthetic fibres laid into multi-directional fibrous fabric. The material is simply cut to size to fit the filter frame, giving a high level of filtration for the low air flow found in machine electrical cabinets. It is also used in air handling units. Coloured white. Non-washable — replace when used.
Fits almost any CNC machine
This is generic cabinet filter media, not a machine-specific part. Any machine with a 1000mm x 1000mm cabinet air filter frame will take it — including Doosan, XYZ, Bridgeport, Hardinge, Mazak, Haas, Hurco, DMG Mori, Okuma, Citizen and YCM machines, and most other CNC lathes, mills and machining centres. Because the media is cut to size, it suits any filter frame that fits within a 1000mm x 1000mm sheet.

Common symptom of a blocked cabinet filter: drives, PLC and control components running hotter than usual, or a control fault that appears when the machine is warm, caused by dust drawn in through a dirty filter.
