Supplied as a pack of 100 disc spring washers, 40mm outside diameter x 20.4mm inside diameter x 2.5mm thick to DIN 2093 — one pack covers a full drawbar replacement with spares left over for the next one.

Over time the disc spring washers in the drawbar lose preload, crack or split, and the drawbar stops holding the tool firmly in the spindle. Replacing them as a complete set restores the correct clamping force on the toolholder and avoids the cost of a spindle rebuild.
